Operations Administrator 

(Part-time, 0.5 FTE - 18.75 hours per week, £20,000 pro-rata)

We’re recruiting for an operations administrator to join our friendly and hardworking team based from our Gloucester office. The operations administrator has a central role providing support to the staff and operations team.

What type of person and skills are we looking for?

The role would suit someone who is:

  • organised with good attention to detail 
  • able to work as part of a multi-skilled team 
  • experienced in the use of office applications 
  • customer-focused, friendly and welcoming 
  • experienced in, or willing to learn how to undertake basic finance tasks 
  • interested in a diverse role with a range of tasks.

Hours and place of work

Initially, due to coronavirus restrictions, the role will mainly involve remote working from home. Once restrictions are lifted, and it is safe to do so, the role will be based from the Active Gloucestershire office in Gloucester. The role is part-time (0.5 FTE), there is some flexibility around working hours but includes occasional early evening work.
