Register or update your club information

At present we are aware that clubs may be contacted by numerous organisations at various times throughout the year with requests for specific information. By working in partnership to establish a Countywide database we hope to produce a more efficient and productive method of collating and making available this information.

We are therefore auditing the County to identify the organisations and clubs that exist through asking them to complete a club contacts form. The information you provide will initially be entered into a database system called Volbase which will only be accessible to staff within Volunteer Centres, Active Gloucestershire and our partners (including Local Authorities and Schools). This will also then allow us to establish a clearer representation of Sport and Physical Activity across Gloucestershire through mapping activity across the County.

In addition to this we would like to display your Club information on our website County Directory which will provide a reference point for anyone requiring information on Sport and Physical Activity within Gloucestershire.
