Being physically active offers individuals and society a raft of benefits that support physical, emotional and mental health.
Whether you are a leisure provider, clinical health professional, personal trainer or fitness instructor we can support you with advice, training and resources to reach more people with more services that improve their health through physical activity.
We know a huge number of people become active through the invaluable work of local provision by individuals – personal trainers, exercise instructors, yoga and pilates teachers to name but a few.
Traditionally, we haven’t worked with this group as we have been more focused on organisations. We want to change that.
