This section is for projects that have had their Sportivate funding confirmed. Below will help deliverers with what needs to produced and completed as part of your Supply of Services Agreement. Deadline Dates for Projects
To help deliverers Active Gloucestershire have developed a list of key dates, prior to and during delivery of each project. Please click here to view. Registration Forms All deliverers should only use the registration forms provided. The registration forms can also be uploaded from the on line portal.

All participants should receive information on how their details will be used, please click below for the form and input the necessary information before printing. Marketing
Active Gloucestershire acknowledges the use of its logo and the Sportivate logo. If using the Sportivate Logo please ensure that the Lottery Funded Logo is also included. Please click here for examples: Minimum Standards for Deployment of sport coaches
Active Gloucestershire are committed to promoting the recommended Minimum Standards for Deployment across the county. As a result of this, organisations accessing Sportivate funding will be required to commit to working towards achieving these. Please click here for more information. Change 4 Life Directory Exit routes for project, if possible advertise their club / activities on the Cahnge 4 Life Directory. Clubs / organisation should complete an application form and return to Active Gloucestershire. Online Portal
Sportivate Projects will have to complete data on the Sportivate Online Portal. Once your project has been confirmed log on details will be sent to the main contact on the Supply of Services Form. Sporting Champions Sporting Champions is a Sport England initiative supporting the Sportivate programme, part of the People Places, Play mass participation legacy programme for 2012. Sporting Champions brings young adults face to face with world class athletes to motivate and inspire them to participate in sport.
