Want to get on your bike but nervous about the traffic?

Cycling not only offers you the freedom to travel wherever your heart desires, but also see the world from a completely new perspective.

The change of lifestyle and health benefits are amazing but also by replacing 3 x three mile each way car journeys with cycling each week you could save over £430 and over 170 kg of CO2 each year.

The Road Safety Partnership can offer advice and support for cycling for you and your family, and their expert team of Bikeability instructors are ready to put together an Individual Cycling Plan (ICP) just for you.

Your ICP will include different types of support to develop existing skills and knowledge but also boost confidence for those of you who may be returning to cycling. Bike maintenance, planning routes from home to work, and cycling in traffic are all part of this unique cycling plan.

For more details on how they can help, please contact Don Muir on 01452 425 532 or email
