To make a nomination, please complete the online nomination form below for the person or club/organisation being nominated. Nominees must reside, coach or be a member of a club/organisation within Gloucestershire. There is no limit to how many separate nominations can be made. If you wish to nominate for more than one category please complete and submit another form.
